奥邦建筑（01615）3月20日晚间发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度的除税后净利润不超过0.03亿元，而上年同期约为0.07亿元，同比减少约59%。\n\n公司将利润下滑归因于两方面：一是2025年内完工项目的毛利率低于2024年完工项目，导致整体毛利减少；二是2024年录得约0.02亿元的一次性保险索偿收益，本年度未再出现同类收益。\n\n公告同时提示，相关数据基于未经审核的管理账目及目前可得资料，仍有待董事会、审计委员会及核数师进一步审阅，年度业绩将于2026年3月26日正式披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
