百融云创(06608)于2026年2月5日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司当日回购10万股B类普通股，并向股份计划参与人士（公司董事除外）发行6万股新股。
据公告披露，此次回购股份约占变动前已发行股本（不含库藏股）的0.0219%，每股价格介于港币10.91至11元，总耗资约港币109.66万元；同期发行6万股新股，占变动前已发行股本的0.0131%，发行价格为每股港币9.602。上述变动后，公司B类普通股总数为383,219,732股，库藏股数增至14,333,500股，合计已发行股本及库藏股为397,553,232股。
本次回购依据2025年5月30日通过的购回授权进行，剩余可回购股数为46,654,089股。公司同时确认，所有交易符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律要求。
