财报显示，截至2025年9月30日止六个月，保集健康实现营收约0.52亿港元，同比上一年同期的约0.33亿港元增长59.1%。期内经调整净亏损约0.37亿港元，相比上一年同期的亏损额有所扩大。毛利约0.05亿港元，对应毛利率约8.9%，上年同期毛利率约25.5%。经营活动产生的现金流净额约10.6万港元，低于上年同期的约332.9万港元。
从成本端看，销售及分销开支约0.02亿港元，较上年同期略有下降；行政及其他开支约0.36亿港元，同比增加，主要由于专业及法律费用等投入上升。
业务分项
在物业发展板块，报告期内来源于建筑材料销售的收入约0.14亿港元。报告披露，已落成或在建住宅项目暂无新增交付收入。
在健康医疗及休闲板块，保集健康重新投入了健康医养和休闲相关产品分销，期内贡献营收约0.37亿港元，包括花草茶、谷物类饮品与黄酒等快速消费品。
