2026年6月25日，腾讯控股（股票代码：00700）发布翌日披露报表，公告了当日于香港联交所场内进行的股份购回情况。根据披露，腾讯控股于6月25日回购普通股合计1,186,000股，占该次交易前公司已发行股本的约0.01302%。回购价格介于每股港币418.20元至428.60元，总共支付约港币5.01亿元。
公告显示，截至2026年6月25日收市，腾讯控股的已发行股本仍为9,108,192,913股，库藏股数量保持不变，所回购的股份尚待注销。公司于2026年5月13日通过购回授权，授权购回股数上限为911,799,163股，截至目前已根据购回授权累计在香港联交所或其他交易所合计回购28,647,100股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本总额约0.31418%。
公司在公告中表示，上述回购行为符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。本次公告由公司秘书刘淑仪签署。
