The principal amount of the July 2037 Notes totals HKD 43.5 million, carrying an effective annual interest rate ranging between approximately 2.8% and 5.4% throughout their tenor. Following this issuance, the aggregate outstanding principal amount under the programme stands at HKD 172.5 million as of the announcement date.
