据公告，截至2026年6月30日，公司法定股本仍为20亿股普通股，面值每股0.1港元，合计法定股本约2亿港元，与上月底持平。已发行股本于上月底和本月底均为616,115,000股，库存股数目保持为0股，未发生新增发行或购回注销等事项。
