Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares): 756.20 million. • Treasury shares: none. • Total issued share count remained constant at 756.20 million. • The company affirmed compliance with the Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Corporate Actions • No movements were reported in share options, warrants, convertibles or other share-issuance arrangements. • No repurchases, redemptions, or transfers involving treasury shares occurred.
