ETERNITY INV (00764) announced that Mr. Tomasz Wojewoda, Mr. Raza Zaidi and Ms. Zhao Yan have been appointed as executive directors of the company, effective from September 19, 2025.

Additionally, the group plans to expand into new business areas centered on blockchain Runtime-as-a-Service (RaaS) and customized hardware and security modules. The overall technical architecture will prioritize security, compliance, and scalability, gradually forming an integrated software-hardware operational system.

This business will serve traditional industry clients, including the group's operated golf clubs and real estate projects, providing comprehensive on-chain services including asset verification, issuance, settlement, custody, and risk management. The group will also provide infrastructure such as validation nodes, computing power equipment, hardware security modules, and edge gateways to build integrated on-chain operational capabilities supporting business operations across different scenarios.

In terms of technical implementation, the group plans to adopt different blockchain networks based on business scenario characteristics to achieve efficient and stable system support. For application scenarios involving high-frequency, low-value transactions such as member management and consumption point settlement, the group plans to use the Scroll network as one of the primary infrastructure platforms.

Scroll is an Ethereum-compatible zero-knowledge network (zkEVM Layer 2) with excellent scalability, security, and a comprehensive development ecosystem, having been deployed across multiple application scenarios. The group will leverage the Scroll network to achieve on-chain confirmation of high-frequency transactions and low-cost processing, optimizing overall user experience and operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, the group plans to introduce compatible computing modules and encryption security equipment to support validation node operations and on-chain data processing, including but not limited to zero-knowledge proof generation acceleration, hardware key management, and on-chain compliance module calls. Related equipment will be customized according to business needs and is expected to control overall operational costs while meeting performance and security requirements.

As industry digitalization continues to deepen, traditional enterprises show significant growth in on-chain demands for verification, clearing, and auditable allocation. However, they face substantial technical and resource barriers in blockchain system implementation, permission control, and ensuring security compliance. Through the introduction of advanced technology networks represented by Scroll, combined with the capabilities of Mr. Tomasz Wojewoda, Mr. Raza Zaidi, and Ms. Zhao Yan in related engineering implementation and business operations, the group expects to significantly lower the barriers for clients to adopt blockchain technology, promote digital transformation across multiple industry scenarios, and bring more stable recurring revenue sources to the group, enhancing overall anti-cyclical capabilities and cash flow quality.

The company will utilize the extensive experience and valuable expertise of Mr. Tomasz Wojewoda, Mr. Raza Zaidi, and Ms. Zhao Yan to develop potential new businesses. A new team may be formed and led by Mr. Tomasz Wojewoda, Mr. Raza Zaidi, and Ms. Zhao Yan to explore potential business opportunities and manage operations.
