中远海能(01138)公布2025年度末期股息派发更新方案，每股派发现金股息0.38元人民币（折合约0.43707港元），并公布了除净日、登记日及派息日等关键时间表。
此次末期股息已获股东周年大会批准，按汇率1人民币兑1.15019港元计算，每股H股股息为0.43707港元。除净日定于2026年7月17日，递交过户文件的最后时限为2026年7月20日下午4时30分，公司将从2026年7月21日至7月24日暂停办理股份过户登记，以2026年7月24日为权益登记日，最终股息派发日为2026年8月28日。
在代扣代缴税项方面，对于非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址），公司将按10%税率代扣企业所得税；对于中国内地个人居民股东，以及通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的境内个人投资者和证券投资基金，均按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的内地企业投资者，公司不代扣代缴，相关企业须自行申报缴纳所得税。
