Glory Flame monthly filing shows stable share capital and full public float compliance in May 2026

Glory Flame Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million. Issued shares stood unchanged at 1.01 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The issuer affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement for the class of listed shares.

Under the 2014 Share Option Scheme, 6.20 million options were outstanding at month-end; no options were exercised, issued, or cancelled, and therefore no new shares were created. The filing recorded no warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other equity-linked instruments.

Director Zhong Zhiwei confirmed that all statutory and regulatory obligations associated with the company’s securities were satisfied during the reporting period.
