AZÚR a.s.于2026年2月10日发布公告，提及其代表KKCG Maritime发起的自愿附带条件的部分公开收购要约，拟收购Ferretti S.P.A.(09638.HK; EXM: YACHT)合共最多52,132,861股股份，占该公司股本的15.4%。公告显示，此要约文件已于2026年1月29日提交意大利证券交易委员会及相关执行人员。
根据公告，意大利证券交易委员会于2026年2月9日提出要求KKCG Maritime提供若干额外资料，导致原本15天的审阅期即日起被暂时暂停，最长可达15天。待KKCG Maritime按要求补充资料后，剩余的审阅时间（还余4天）方会重启。公告同时指出，此次审阅期暂停并不影响香港方面对收购要约文件的审阅程序。
公告称，审阅期恢复后将立即对市场进行披露。截至公告日期，KKCG Maritime及KKCG Group AG的董事会成员确认所提供信息准确无误，并表示暂停审阅的原因在于意大利监管部门所需的补充信息。公告未对收购要约的最终结果作进一步说明。
