Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited disclosed that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 29 September 2026, adding the repurchased stock to treasury for future employee equity incentive plans. The buyback, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the company’s existing mandate, was completed at prices ranging from HKD 1.75 to HKD 1.79 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.18 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.01 % to 1.21684 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 5.02 million. Total issued shares, inclusive of treasury stock, remain unchanged at 1.22186 billion.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 121.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now stand at 2.55 million shares, representing 0.21 % of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted, leaving roughly 119.39 million shares—98.0 % of the mandate—still available for potential future repurchases.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on any new share issuance or further disposal of treasury shares, effective until 29 October 2026.
