Chaowei Power (951) Announces Passing of Executive Director

Chaowei Power Holdings Limited (the Company) announced that Executive Director Mr. Zhou Longrui passed away on 6 February 2026 due to illness. According to the Company’s statement, Mr. Zhou joined Chaowei Power in January 1998 and served as an executive Director from 11 March 2010, making significant contributions to the Group’s development.
The Company conveyed condolences to Mr. Zhou’s family and noted that his passing will not have any material impact on the Group’s operations. The announcement was dated 9 February 2026 and signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zhou Mingming.
