2026年9月1日，股票代码00564的中创智领（郑州）工业技术集团股份有限公司（下称“中创智领”）公告称，已收到中信银行股份有限公司郑州分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，将为公司正在推进的A股股份回购计划提供不超过3.6亿元（即36,000.00万元）专项贷款支持。
根据公司此前于2026年7月31日董事会及2026年8月25日股东大会审议通过的回购方案，中创智领计划以集中竞价方式回购A股股份，回购总金额下限为3亿元（30,000万元），上限为4亿元（40,000万元）。回购股份将部分用于注销以减少注册资本，部分用于未来实施股权激励或员工持股计划。
