DAIDO GROUP (00544) announced that Frimaz CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 28, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the group for the year ending December 31, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, King & City CPA Limited has been appointed as the new auditor starting November 28, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Frimaz. The appointment will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
