Parkson Group (stock code: 03368) announced that its board has appointed Independent Non-executive Director Dato’ Fu Ah Kiow and Non-executive Director Dato’ Sri Dr. Hou Kok Chung as additional members of the Remuneration Committee, effective 18 March 2026.

Following the appointments, the Remuneration Committee now comprises five members:

• 1 Executive Director – Tan Sri Cheng Heng Jem (also Chairman of the Board) • 3 Independent Non-executive Directors – Mr. Yau Ming Kim, Robert (Committee Chairman), Datuk Koong Lin Loong, and Dato’ Fu Ah Kiow • 1 Non-executive Director – Dato’ Sri Dr. Hou Kok Chung

As of the announcement date, the full board consists of two Executive Directors (Tan Sri Cheng Heng Jem and Ms. Juliana Cheng San San), one Non-executive Director (Dato’ Sri Dr. Hou Kok Chung) and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Dato’ Fu Ah Kiow, Mr. Yau Ming Kim, Robert, and Datuk Koong Lin Loong).
