China ITS published its tenth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and all key domestic and overseas subsidiaries, including the Ahlone and Hlawga power plants in Yangon.
Governance Highlights • Board-led ESG framework in place, supported by an ESG Task Force and functional departments. • Zero confirmed corruption cases; all core contracts include anti-bribery clauses. • 145 suppliers assessed under a formal admission and annual evaluation system; green-procurement requirements incorporated.
Environmental Performance • Total energy consumption at domestic offices: 1.27 million kWh; overseas power plants: 6.36 billion kWh (mainly natural gas). • Power generation: Ahlone 1.26 billion kWh, Hlawga 0.50 billion kWh, delivering >7,000 operating hours each. • Greenhouse-gas emissions: 938,245.85 tCO₂-e (Scope 1 + 2), intensity 10.11 tCO₂-e per RMB10,000 revenue. • Water use: domestic 2,179.60 m³; overseas 3.82 million m³, with closed-loop cooling and zero wastewater discharge at power plants. • Waste management: 4.97 t paper and 23.29 t domestic refuse; hazardous waste (ink, toner, batteries, lamps) totalled 0.40 t, all handled by licensed third parties. • Target set to keep annual GHG emissions from rising while lowering emission intensity year-on-year.
Social Indicators • Workforce: 904 employees (763 male, 141 female); 900 full-time, 4 part-time, 2 interns. • Turnover rate: 15.33% male, 17.73% female; increase mainly due to newly consolidated subsidiary FOSS. • Training: 40,206.16 hours delivered, averaging 49.82 hours per employee; 89.27% coverage. • Safety: zero fatalities, zero lost-time injury days in the past three years. • Employee welfare: annual physicals, commercial insurance, maternity/paternity leave above statutory levels and regular mental-health support. • Community investment: RMB0.08 million spent on local donations, disaster relief and school support in Myanmar.
Innovation & Product Quality • Enhanced “ZhiXun Cloud” big-data O&M platform rolled out to multiple railway bureaus, achieving 100% customer-satisfaction rate across 30 surveys. • 18 invention patents, 13 utility models and 439 software copyrights held; 11 patents and 363 copyrights added during the year. • No service-quality violations or product recalls recorded.
Looking Ahead China ITS plans further IoT, converged-communications and low-altitude digital economy R&D, continued energy-efficiency upgrades at power plants and expanded ESG risk management across all business lines.
