2026年7月30日，明源云集团控股有限公司（00909）发布公告称，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计的综合管理账目进行初步审阅及分析，预计期内录得的本公司拥有人应占利润净额不超过人民币1.5百万元。同期对比显示，2025年上半年公司录得的该项利润约为人民币13.75百万元。
董事会指出，利润预期下降主要受以下两方面因素影响： (a) 报告期内美元市场利率较去年同期下行，导致集团持有的以美元计价定期存款收益减少，使得现金资产的财务收入下降； (b) 报告期内美元兑港币升值幅度较去年同期收窄，导致集团录得的汇兑收益减少。
公告显示，上述因素均源于全球汇率及利率市场的正常波动，并非源于集团核心业务经营所致。
明源云表示，目前尚未落实报告期的中期业绩，相关财务数据未经公司核数师及董事会审核委员会审阅，最终中期业绩或与本公告披露数字有所差异。公司计划于2026年8月底公布正式中期业绩。
