近日， 云迹 宣布已完成 18000 个美团酒店的小袋功能升级。其与美团外卖联合推出的 “小袋快送接力送” 模式实现规模化覆盖，目前该服务已在近 20000 家酒店落地，并借助云迹机器人投入运营，日均处理外卖订单量突破万级。这意味着酒店外卖末端配送从 “人力中转” 正式迈入 “骑手 - 机器人” 无缝接力的智能化阶段。
本次升级的关键是打通了美团外卖系统与云迹机器人服务的链路。骑手只需通过美团 APP 或微信扫描机器人二维码，就能自动关联订单信息，实现 “扫码存件 - 机器人配送 - 全程可视化” 的闭环服务。
