Sandmartin Projects HK$127.00 Million FY2025 Loss, Nearly Doubling Prior-Year Deficit

Mar 27

Sandmartin International Holdings Limited released a profit warning on 27 March 2026, signalling a consolidated net loss of no less than HK$127.00 million for the year ended 31 December 2025. The anticipated deficit compares with a loss of approximately HK$58.54 million in FY2024, implying a year-on-year deterioration of at least 117%.

Management attributes the enlarged loss to three primary factors:

1. Revenue contraction across core operations. 2. Higher provisions for expected credit losses on financial assets. 3. A smaller increase in the fair value of the company’s investment properties.

The figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to audit review. Sandmartin plans to publish its audited annual results on 31 March 2026.

The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
