回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量为249,291,215股，库存股份增至2,302,500股，合计已发行股份总数保持在251,593,715股。根据购买授权，公司于2025年6月27日获准回购总数为23,579,556股股份，截至本次回购完成，共计已回购2,302,500股，约占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的0.9765%。
公告同时强调，公司在本次回购过程中，已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司董事李阳签署。
