HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that for the 10 months ended October 31, 2025, the group and its joint ventures and associates achieved total contracted sales of approximately RMB13.165 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 9.46%. This included property contracted sales of about RMB11.719 billion and fitting-out contracted sales of around RMB1.446 billion.
For October 2025 alone, the group and its joint ventures and associates recorded total contracted sales of approximately RMB1.901 billion, up 15.28% year-on-year. Property contracted sales accounted for RMB1.649 billion, while fitting-out contracted sales totaled RMB252 million.
In the first 10 months of 2025, the group’s property contracted sales area reached approximately 499,644 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB23,460 per square meter.
During the same period, the total contracted sales area for non-self-invested properties managed under the "HOPSON" brand amounted to approximately 53,477 square meters, generating contracted sales of RMB4.706 billion.
In October 2025, the contracted sales area for properties managed by HOPSON was approximately 3,298 square meters, with contracted sales of RMB261 million.
