ADD NEW ENERGY (02623) announced that Ms. Chen Wanying, considering her long period of service and to ensure good corporate governance, has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Mr. Tam Chi Ming will be appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from January 1, 2026.
