艾德韦宣集团（09919.HK）公告，董事会已通过一项股份购回授权方案，拟在香港联合交易所有限公司主板市场购回不超过公司已发行股本总数10%的股份。截至公告日期，公司已发行约7.44742亿股，最多可回购约7447.42万股。
董事会称，将依据相关法律规定及可动用资金依法展开购回，所需资金来源于公司可合法用于股份购回的内部资源。公司方面表示，此举旨在增强股东回报及优化资本结构。
公告披露，过去一年间公司股价约在每股0.78港元至1.08港元之间波动。董事会认为，购回股份后将有助于提升每股资产净值和股东收益，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
上述购回授权预计将待股东周年大会审议通过。公司定于2026年5月21日上午10时在中国上海市召开股东周年大会，届时若获批准，相关购回授权将在大会结束后正式生效。
