Sterling (1825) Announces EGM on 2 March 2026 for Share Consolidation and Capital Reduction

Sterling Group Holdings Limited (美臻集團控股有限公司*) (Stock Code: 1825) has issued a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Monday, 2 March 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at 19/F., Win Plaza, 9 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

According to the announcement, the agenda includes an ordinary resolution proposing a share consolidation of every ten existing issued and unissued ordinary shares into one consolidated share. Additionally, a special resolution will be tabled to consider reducing the paid-up capital of the company by HK$0.39 on each of the then consolidated shares.
