Participation and voting results • Valid votes cast totalled 378.21 million shares, representing 75.64% of the 500.00 million shares in issue. • Support rates exceeded 99.73% for every resolution; the lowest “for” ratio was 99.73% on the share-issuance mandate, while several items received virtually unanimous backing (99.9999%).

Key resolutions approved 1. Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Declaration of a final dividend of RMB0.01 per share (equivalent to HK$0.0112), payable on or around 13 July 2026 to shareholders on record as of 2 July 2026. 3.
