Artesian Resources Corporation（纳斯达克：ARTNA）董事会近日批准将A类及B类普通股的季度股息每股提高2%，使年度化股息达到每股1.2796美元。调整后的季度股息为每股0.3199美元，将于2026年5月29日向截至2026年5月15日收盘时登记在册的股东派发。
公司董事长、总裁兼首席执行官Nicki Taylor表示：“Artesian持续推动战略增长计划并强化运营效率。我们始终致力于提升股东价值，同时为客户提供优质、经济的水资源服务及环境友好的废水处理方案。”
此次股息调整标志着Artesian连续第134个季度向股东派发股息。
作为控股公司，Artesian Resources Corporation通过全资子公司在美国德尔马瓦半岛开展供水、废水处理及相关商业服务。其核心子公司Artesian Water Company是当地历史最悠久、规模最大的受监管水务公司，自1905年起持续运营。目前，Artesian每年通过1515英里长的供水主管网输送约97亿加仑水资源，服务范围覆盖特拉华州超过三分之一的人口。
