海尔智家股份有限公司(“海尔智家”，股票代码：06690)于2026年9月8日发布公告称，公司在上海证券交易所回购A股股数共870,000股，用于实施股权激励计划。本次回购占回购前已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.01421%，每股回购价介乎人民币21.41元至人民币21.48元，合计支付价格约人民币1865.85万元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为6,122,112,636股，库藏股增加至56,374,289股，总股本维持6,178,486,925股。公司公告称，本次股份回购已经董事会正式授权，符合法律法规及上市规则的要求。
