Amuse Group postpones board meeting to 30 June to finalise FY2026 results

Amuse Group Holding Limited has rescheduled its board meeting, originally set for 26 June 2026, to 30 June 2026. According to the company’s 26 June announcement, additional time is required to complete preparation of the annual results for the year ended 31 March 2026.
The meeting’s agenda remains unchanged and will focus on approving the FY2026 annual results and considering a final-dividend recommendation. The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Li Wai Keung.
