兴证国际(06058)披露，间接全资附属公司CISI Capital于二零二六年三月二日赎回“兴业全球美元货币基金”155,508股参与份额，总赎回价格约16,406,405美元（约128,790,279港元）。根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第14.07条的规定，本次交易构成必须予以披露的交易，但获豁免遵守股东批准要求。
兴业全球美元货币基金主要针对短期存款与优质货币市场工具，其基金经理为兴证国际资产管理有限公司。该基金为开放式单位信托基金的一部分，以投资于美元计值的优质货币市场工具并力求取得与美元货币市场利率一致的长期回报。
兴证国际表示，赎回事项带来约310,657美元（约2,438,660港元）的收益。所得款项拟用于一般营运资金，如出现合适投资机会，或将投向新投资项目。兴证国际持续通过多元化的投资组合在可接受的风险范围内拓宽收入来源，公司认为此次赎回为退出基金投资的良机。
