公告指出，净利润下滑主要受关税政策调整带来的整体成本上升，以及新孵化项目投入成本较高的影响。此外，物流解决方案业务因新增租赁仓库而增加摊销，叠加自配送业务运行初期订单密度偏低，物流成本与分拣成本较高，进一步拖累了盈利表现。

商品销售业务方面，关税政策变动导致成本大幅上涨，且新孵化项目尚处于前期阶段，投入成本较高，稀释了整体利润。
物流解决方案业务方面，新租赁仓库带来的使用权资产摊销导致成本增加，同时自配送模式在初期订单量不足、密度偏低，运营成本高企，令净利润承压。
