中国光大银行股份有限公司（股票代码：06818）于2026年6月2日发布2026年5月股份变动月报表，显示报告期内公司股本结构未发生变动。
公告显示，截至2026年5月31日，公司H股已发行股份数为12,678,735,500股，A股已发行股份数为46,406,815,561股，合计法定/注册股本为人民币59,085,551,061元（折合约590.86亿元）。此外，公司拥有两类A股优先股，分别为200,000,000股和100,000,000股；该等优先股不计入公司注册股本，总数同样保持不变。报告期内并无新增发行、购回或注销的普通股及库藏股变动，也未发生任何优先股转股、股份期权或股权激励计划变动。
根据公告，公司已满足香港联交所关于最低公众持股量的相关规定。公司同时披露，截至5月末，发行的可换股票据总额为人民币30,000,000,000元（折合约300亿元），本期无新增转股。该计划已获董事会正式授权，并遵守所有适用的上市规则与监管要求。
