与此同时，公告明确了公司所发行规模为35.84亿元人民币的零息美元结算H股可转换债券（债券代号：85046）的转换权安排。为确保享有本次末期股息权利，该可转换债券持有人须于2026年5月26日下午3时前行使转换权。股息所涉及的内地代扣所得税安排亦尚待公布。
