安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司（下称“公司”，股票代码：00914）于2026年6月1日发布公告称，公司在当日进行股份购回，数量为600,000股，占购回前已发行股本的约0.0151%。本次购回价格区间介于人民币20.00元至人民币20.33元，总耗资约人民币1207.94万元（折合12,079,370元）。
公告显示，购回完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为3,999,702,579股，其中3,976,860,044股为已发行流通股，22,842,535股为库藏股。公司确认，本次回购符合相关上市规则和法律法规的要求。
