Hong Kong—DT Capital Limited disclosed that its unaudited consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share stood at approximately HK$0.024 as of 31 May 2026. The figure was released in an announcement dated 12 June 2026.
The update was issued under the authority of the company’s Board, chaired by Non-executive Director Chan Pui Kwan. Executive Directors are Leong Chi Wai and Su Chunxiang, with Independent Non-executive Directors Chen Yeung Tak, Chan Chun Kong and Jochum Siebren Haakma providing oversight.
