分析师预判，特罗特的上任不会引发公司战略的根本性变革，并购交易在力拓业务布局中的重要性或将减弱。根据伦敦证券交易所集团(LSEG)汇编数据，目前覆盖力拓澳大利亚上市股票的15家机构中，8家给予"买入"及以上评级，7家建议"持有"，目标价中位数维持在118澳元。
市场表现方面，截至最近一个交易日收盘，力拓澳大利亚股票年内迄今累计下跌6.1%。
