China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Company Limited (CEOVU) will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 31 July 2026 (Friday) at 10:00 a.m. via live webcast. From 9:30 a.m. on the meeting day, shareholders can access the online platform through http://meetings.computershare.com/OVUH2026EGM.

To participate, non-registered shareholders must: 1) instruct their intermediary to appoint them as proxy or corporate representative, and 2) submit an e-mail address to that intermediary before its stated deadline.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong share registrar, will e-mail individual login details to the address provided.

The EGM circular is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.ceovu.com).

In line with the paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, CEOVU has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars, proxy forms, and other shareholder materials. Both language versions will be posted on the company and HKEX websites.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must supply a functional e-mail address through their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until that address is received, the company will send printed notification letters.

Shareholders preferring hard copies of future communications may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or e-mail ovu.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
