China Vanke Co., Ltd. (02202) announced that its largest shareholder, Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., intends to provide the company with a loan of up to RMB 2.36 billion. The funds will be used to repay the principal and interest of bonds issued by the company in the public market.
