北京首都国际机场股份有限公司（“北京首都机场”）于2025年12月5日发布公告，将于2025年12月23日（星期二）下午3时在中国北京首都机场四纬路9号办公楼112会议室召开临时股东大会。
会议主要审议两项普通决议案：一是审议及批准与北京博维订立的运行维保服务框架协议及相关交易，二是审议及批准与安保公司订立的航空安保服务框架协议及相关交易。有关会议及拟提呈决议所涉交易的详情，可查阅香港交易及结算所有限公司网站(www.hkexnews.hk)及公司网站(www.bcia.com.cn)。股东届时可委派代理人出席并表决，相关委托书需于大会举行24小时前送达指定地点。会议预计不超过半天，往返及食宿费用自理。
