时间安排方面： 1. 股价除净日为2026年9月9日； 2. 股东于2026年9月10日16时30分前递交股份过户文件可享有是次股息； 3. 公司将于2026年9月11日暂停办理股份过户登记，并于同日为记录日期； 4. 现金股息派发日定于2026年10月9日。
股份过户登记处为香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼）。
