The beauty retailer reported quarterly earnings of $7.74 per share, significantly beating analyst consensus estimates of approximately $6.86 to $6.89. Revenue for the quarter reached $3.16 billion, also surpassing expectations of around $3.09 billion. The company attributed the strong performance to broad-based growth across all channels and major categories, with comparable sales increasing 5.3%.
Furthermore, Ulta Beauty raised its full-year earnings per share guidance to a range of $28.36 to $28.80, up from its previous forecast of $28.05 to $28.55. The upward revision, driven by resilient consumer demand for beauty products and improved operational metrics, provided additional positive momentum for investor sentiment.
