Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Ltd. (TIANGE) disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 70,000 ordinary shares on 13 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$0.57 per share, for a total outlay of HK$39,900.

The transaction reduced the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.00631% to 1.10873 billion shares. Concurrently, treasury shares rose from 590,000 to 660,000, equivalent to 0.06% of the company’s issued shares.
