PINESTONE (00804) announced that on August 18, 2025, the company conducted a share consolidation whereby every 20 existing shares with a par value of HK$0.02 each in the issued and unissued share capital were consolidated into 1 consolidated share with a par value of HK$0.40 each, resulting in the reduction of 463 million shares.
