7月21日，东江环保股份有限公司（00895）公告称，近日收到控股股东广东省广晟控股集团有限公司的通知，其已于2026年7月17日完成所持公司股份的全部解除质押手续。
公告显示，本次解除质押股份数量为22,177,503股，占广晟控股集团所持公司股份的8.33%，占公司总股本的2.01%。该批股份原质押起始日为2019年4月2日，质权人为中国建设银行股份有限公司广州荔湾支行。
截至公告披露日，广晟控股集团及其一致行动人合计持有东江环保291,458,228股，占公司总股本的26.37%；上述股份已全部解除质押，目前不存在任何质押、冻结或拍卖情形。公司表示，控股股东及其一致行动人资信状况良好，暂无再次质押计划。如后续股份质押情况发生变化，公司将严格按照监管要求及时披露。
