中铝国际工程股份有限公司（02068）8月13日公告称，其2026年度审计机构致同会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）对质量控制复核人进行调整。\n\n根据公告，致同原指派的质量控制复核人为彭玉龙，现因工作调整，由李力接任。李力于2005年取得注册会计师资格，2006年起从事上市公司审计，2005年开始在致同执业，并自2024年起为公司提供审计服务。近三年，她签署上市公司审计报告2份，复核上市公司审计报告3份及新三板挂牌公司审计报告2份。\n\n公告显示，李力近三年不存在刑事处罚、行政处罚或自律监管情况，也不存在影响独立性的情形。公司表示，交接工作已有序完成，变更不会对中期报告审阅、年度财务报表审计和内部控制审计工作造成不利影响。\n\n此次调整基于公司2026年5月31日召开的第五届董事会第七次会议及6月30日召开的2025年年度股东大会先前通过的续聘致同为2026年度审计机构的决议。
