固生堂(02273)2026年5月27日发布翌日披露报表，内容显示公司于当日通过香港联交所场内回购股份30.82万股，占该回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.1353%。本次回购每股价格介乎26.04港元至26.34港元，合计支付价款约807.37万港元。
本次回购完成后，固生堂已发行股本（不含库藏股）由227,808,051股降至227,499,851股，库藏股数量由6,563,000股增至6,871,200股，已发行股份总数保持在234,371,051股。公司回购授权于2026年5月12日获股东大会通过，可回购的股份总数为22,911,655股，至今累计在交易所回购1,616,700股，占当日获授权时已发行股本（不含库藏股）的约0.7056%。
公司确认，相关回购行为符合香港联交所主板上市规则及其他适用法规的规定。公告由联席公司秘书于鹏签署。
