GLORY HEALTH (ASX: 02329) has announced changes to its board of directors.
Effective from June 2, 2026, Mr. Yang Huabin and Mr. Feng Yang have resigned from their positions as executive directors due to other work commitments.
Concurrently, Mr. Yuan Haibin and Ms. Zhang Xiaoqian have been appointed as executive directors of the company.
