Yeebo (International) Limited disclosed that 264,000 ordinary shares were issued in March 2026 following the exercise of options under the 2024 Share Option Scheme. This lifted the company’s total issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 933.57 million, up from 933.30 million at the end of February. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

The option exercise generated HKD 0.50 million in proceeds and reduced outstanding options under the scheme to 24.03 million. Vested but unexercised options now represent 2.69 million shares, while the scheme still allows for up to 69.99 million additional shares to be granted.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million.

Yeebo confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s 25 percent minimum public-float requirement as of 31 March 2026.
