Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) announced that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee has recorded an increase in her indirect interest following a share acquisition by her spouse, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai.

On May, 15 2026, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai purchased 2.0 million ordinary shares in the company. As a result, Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee’s indirect holding grew to 3,045,643,528 shares, representing 37.985 % of Top Glove’s issued share capital.

Including her direct holding of 17,562,876 shares, or 0.219 %, her total interest now amounts to 3,063,206,404 shares.

The notice of change was received by the company on May, 15 2026.
