Aug 06

Yuan Heng Gas Holdings Limited reported that it has completed a capital reorganisation, effective 6 July 2026, covering (i) a consolidation of every twenty existing shares into one consolidated share and (ii) the cancellation of fractional entitlements arising from the consolidation through a capital reduction.

As a result, the company’s issued share count contracted sharply during July 2026:

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 6.55 billion to 327.28 million, a net decrease of 6.22 billion shares. • No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction. • Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion shares with a par value of HKD0.10, equivalent to HKD10.00 billion.

Public float continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement following the reorganisation.

Share options were also adjusted to reflect the new capital structure. The outstanding options under the company’s 2021 Share Option Scheme now total 32.73 million shares, down from 654.56 million prior to the consolidation. No options were exercised and no funds were raised during July.

The company filed the mandatory Monthly Return on 6 August 2026, confirming compliance with all relevant Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory obligations.
